We're so excited to announce that we have a new returns address and partner in Austria! Our Austrian returns address and warehouse will be offering all Ezi services. All customers on our European account will have Austria enabled automatically.

Return labels within Austria will be available by 1st April at a lower price than our current labels.

Please note: If you already use our Austrian return labels to our German address, these will be switched over for all sellers to go to the Austrian address.

UPDATE: Generate return labels for unknown items
Some marketplaces now require sellers to include a return label inside outgoing packages, even when the customer hasn’t yet confirmed which items may be returned. In these cases, sellers need the ability to generate a return label without specifying exact items or the reasons for return.

To support this, Ezi Returns Label Portal now allows sellers to generate return labels for unknown items when using the Quick Label feature.

As always, we try to ensure Ezi Returns is the most cost effective returns solution for our online sellers. Some of our fees have increased slightly and for some we have absorbed increases to keep them the same for you.

Portal Disruptions Due to Cloudfare Outage

This is a widespread issue but we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Just launched: Ezi's NEW Label Portal!

We are excited to announce the new Ezi Returns Label Portal is here with new features, more customisation options and settings to improve your returns experience.

The roll out will begin next week (w/c 27th October) in batches, so you'll be emailed when your label portal is due to be switched over. Don't worry, everything you are used to is still working, and there's very little for you to do as most changes will still be in place. You will be emailed with your new label portal URL and the new settings available to you.

Why did we rebuild the Portal?
We built the new Ezi Label portal using the latest technology from the ground up to ensure all the new features we are planning (and that some of you requested!) are easily and robustly enabled to suit your returns policy.

USA UPS De Minimis Processing Times

The suspension of de minimis exemption for low-value shipments (under 800.00 USD) has resulted in more shipments requiring formal customs clearances, which has led to increased processing time for UPS.

Whilst there is no further action required by our sellers, packages being exported to the US must remain in Canada until they have successfully cleared customs which may result in some delays.

We kindly request your patience throughout the process. Our goal is to get all packages to their destination as quickly as possible, while complying with US customs regulations.

USPS Label Issues

We have recently had an issue with USPS labels being returned to some customers due to a zip code change in our US Miami hub.

As the disruption has continued for an unacceptable period, we decided to move to another provider for USPS return labels to address the ongoing problem which are now live and operating fine.

This has been totally out of our control and very frustrating for all of us so we apologise for any inconvenience.

Nothing changes except the customer is now asked to select a weight band of the return package for the new service to work during the label registration process.

We will also be adding new services very soon in the US.

Evri to Asda2You Return Labels Switch

We’re excited to announce that we are switching our UK return labels from Evri to Asda2You.
This service offers lower-priced labels, a large drop-off network, and a convenient returns experience for your customers.

Asda2You labels are available at £3.85 per label. If you charge customers for labels in the UK, please reach out to us with your preferred selling price in GBP and we’ll set it up for you.

Please note: the maximum compensation offered on this service is £20. If you require a higher compensation limit, please get in touch and we will enable either our UPS or DHL service for you.

EU Label Issues

Our label provider is currently experiencing a full-scale outage affecting many of our EU label services. This is resulting in the following issues:

- Customers are unable to register returns.
- Some customers may register a return but not receive a return label.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. Their technical team is actively investigating and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We’re excited to introduce our new PostNord label services in Denmark, Finland, and Sweden - making returns simpler and more affordable for our Nordic customers.

New lower prices for return labels in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland:

'Edit: We are very sorry, we messed up and published the wrong prices for our new services with PostNord from Finland, Denmark & Sweden from 22nd to 25th May.

Don't worry, any labels generated and used by 31st May will be charged at the prices we originally published. Only labels used after 31st May will have the correct rates applied below which still represent great value.

As we are launching many new services, we mixed up the new rates from our Asda service in the UK against the PostNord countries .'

Rates in effect from 31st May
£6.95 / €7.95 / $8.95

That's an amazing reduction off our previous rates in these countries, with delivery typically completed within 4 - 5 days from drop-off to our German warehouse.
