We are now introducing our new software which will make the process much easier and more efficient to ensure orders are submitted and processed quickly and accurately.&nbsp;</span></p><p style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-size:13.3333px;"><br></span></p><p style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-size:13.3333px;">All of our hubs&nbsp;and customers will be moving onto the new software by&nbsp;<b>1st August</b>.</span></p><p style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-size:13.3333px;"><br></span></p></div><p style="color:inherit;font-size:12px;"><br></p><p style="font-size:12px;"><b><span style="font-size:16px;color:rgb(234, 119, 4);">New conditions to be aware of:</span></b></p><p style="color:inherit;"><span style="font-style:italic;font-size:13px;">To allow&nbsp;us to offer an improved service we are making&nbsp;the following changes.</span></p><p style="color:inherit;font-size:12px;"><br></p><p style="color:inherit;font-size:12px;"><b><span style="font-size:13px;">Integrate with us</span></b></p><div style="color:inherit;"><p style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-size:13.3333px;">You must provide&nbsp;us with your product database and/or be integrated with us to improve&nbsp;the accuracy&nbsp;of product &amp; order data.&nbsp;</span></p><p style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-size:13.3333px;">This is essential&nbsp;for you to continue to use the Resell Service and helps avoid issues with our hubs not being able to identify your products. If you are unable to integrate, you must provide us with a product database. If you integrate with us we can automate the order process and also automate the updating&nbsp;of your inventory and tracking confirmation&nbsp;from our system to yours. If you do not want to provide one of the&nbsp;above requirements we may have to remove the service from your account or increase the fees for this service.</span></p></div><p style="color:inherit;font-size:12px;"><br></p><p style="color:inherit;font-size:12px;"><b><span style="font-size:13px;">Coming soon: Cross border fulfillment</span></b><br><span style="color:inherit;"><span style="font-size:13.3333px;">For customers who are integrated with us or have provided a full product database, we will be able to offer cross border fulfillment from most locations from September 2023. This means you can make your products available for sale outside the country they are stored in giving you a far wider market to sell to.</span></span><br></p><span style="font-size:13px;"></span><p style="color:inherit;font-size:12px;"><br></p><span style="font-size:13px;"></span><p style="color:inherit;font-size:12px;"><b><span style="font-size:13px;">Storage</span></b></p><span style="font-size:13px;"></span><p style="color:inherit;"><span style="color:inherit;"><span style="font-size:13.3333px;">The 60 days free storage of items will reduce to 30 days from the 1st August. That is, we will store returned goods free of charge for 30 days, after which time each item will incur a small daily item storage fee. If you are a high volume&nbsp;seller&nbsp;we will move you onto our dedicated&nbsp;fulfillment software&nbsp;where the old stock rule will be waived. Overall it works out much more cost effective to have items transferred than ship direct from the smaller countries so this saves you money and is explained in more detail&nbsp;<u>here</u>.   We are aware that some sellers have not been charged for this service over the past 12 to 18 months due to a technical issue on the software. Unfortunately this is still continuing.</div><div><br></div><div>Our USA hub is receiving cages of parcels some weeks AFTER the tracking states it has been delivered. They are also receiving cages of parcels out of sequence. For example in January 2023 they received a cage of parcels on the 30th January which were tracked as delivered on the 26th January. On the 31st January they received 2 cages containing parcels which were tracked as delivered on the 19th and 24th January!!</div><div><br></div><div>Please be assured that the hub is up to date with returns processing but unfortunately they may not have actually received all parcels on the date that they are tracked as delivered. However they should eventually receive them at a later date.</div><div><br></div><div>As a consequence, we will not be raising any delivery queries with the hub until things have stabilized.</div><div><br></div><div>Please note that in line with Amazon guidelines, and in order to avoid negative feedback which could impact on your future selling potential, we would strongly recommend that you refund your Amazon customers as soon as the parcel is tracked as delivered by USPS.</div><div><br></div><div>We are of course monitoring the situation and will keep you updated.</div><div><br></div><div>Thank you for your patience.</div></div></div>

We were informed&nbsp;of this just a couple of weeks ago which we realize is not ideal timing&nbsp;with peak season already in progress but we have acted quickly to appoint a new returns&nbsp;partner in the Chicago area.&nbsp;</div><div style="color:inherit;font-size:13px;text-align:left;"><br></div><div><div style="color:inherit;font-size:13px;text-align:left;"><span style="color:inherit;">This move will&nbsp;actually be an improvement as the new partner&nbsp;will be offering the full range&nbsp;of Ezi Returns services that were not previously&nbsp;available&nbsp;in New Jersey and a greater range of shipping services..
