A-to-Z Amazon Claims
Our hubs receive and sign for hundreds of parcels every day, often in mixed cages with one signature signing for a bulk delivery. Although courier tracking may show the item as delivered, this is not actually a guarantee that it has arrived at our address.
We often find packages arrive in these deliveries that are not for us, likewise packages that are meant for us are often delivered elsewhere by couriers.
If your customer is chasing for a refund and the tracking shows as delivered but the item is not showing on your portal after 48 hours, then we strongly recommend refunding your customer in any case. This is especially relevant if you are selling your goods on Amazon. This will help to avoid any A-to-Z claims or bad feedback which can significantly affect your metrics and compromise your future sales on Amazon.
These goods normally arrive at the hub some days later once they are readmitted back into the courier network.
