- Can be activated in 2 to 5 working days.

Once you're set up with Ezi Returns' Label Portal, you can provide your Label Portal link to your customers

They enter their order number, email, and postcode


After selecting a label service of their choice, they can view a map of drop-off locations
They can download their labels via the portal, or from the confirmation email sent to them (free-post or customer-paid labels are available)
