Head of Marketing
Fay-without-an-E joined Ezi Returns in 2023, heading up our Marketing and Design. She looks forward to giving the Ezi brand a little refresh and spreading the word about how we can streamline our customers returns processes whilst saving them money!
Shipping & Customs Specialist
Millie joined Ezi in June 2022, bringing her expertise in shipping and customs operations. She works closely with our partners to expand and streamline our shipping and customs processes. Her goal is to ensure a seamless experience for our valued customers.
Nina works at our Spanish hub and in a Customer Service capacity for Ezi Returns. Her multilingual abilities in Spanish, English, and German, coupled with her deep understanding of Ezi processes, enable her to assist customers and other hubs effectively.
Involved in our French hub since 2019, Louise transitioned to a Customer Service role for Ezi in 2021. With her experience at the hub, she comprehends the business processes and adeptly addresses sellers’ enquiries. Fluent in English and French, she provides support from France.
Freya joined Ezi Returns in 2018, gaining firsthand operational experience in our French hub. Currently, she handles customer service and admin tasks, specialising in shipping and customs processes. Based in France, Freya is fluent in both English and French.
Shreenivas, an experienced logistics professional in India, joined Ezi in 2021. Apart from handling customer service and admin duties part-time, he spearheads the launch and growth of our India Hub, established in 2022. Based in India, Shreenivas is fluent in Hindi and English.
Lisa, who joined Ezi Returns in 2022, brings a wealth of customer service experience to the team. Her responsibilities include handling new customer signups and ensuring smooth client onboarding. Based in France, Lisa is fluent in English and French.
