How to request a shipment back to you

In this manual, you'll find out how to request a shipment of your stock back to you from within your Ezi Portal

Click on 'Request' in the top bar menu

Click 'Ship back to seller' for the required hub

Click on the item you would like to be shipped

Choose your item, and then click 'Add Selected'

You can then select more items if necessary. Once you have selected everything, click 'Continue' to add your shipping address

Scroll down, and select 'Create Shipment Request'
