Resell service
Turn your returned items into cash quicker with our Resell service. Our Resell service allows you to re-list your resellable returned items to new customers. Once sold, you can easily instruct us to pick, pack, and ship the item(s) to your new customer.

Which countries is the Resell service available in?

Australia, Belgium, Canada, Germany, France, India, Mexico, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, UK, USA, & Canada.

Who can use our Resell service?

  • You will need approval from us first to be able to use our Resell service.
  • You will need to be registered for VAT in the UK or EU country where your stock is to be stored.
  • You may need to be registered for VAT or other sales taxes in the county where your stock is being sold to.
  • You may NOT use our addresses for any other business such as importer of records, tax registrations, or other purposes.
  • You will need to be integrated with us or provide your full product database so that we have full and accurate data of your items.
  • In most cases if you want to use our Resell service you will need to be on our Grading service for returns.

Important! Please note:

We do not currently allow any resale fulfillment orders to be shipped cross border where customs declarations are required. We plan to offer cross border fulfillment from mid 2025 for sellers who are fully integrated with us.

Non-EU countries stock: Orders can only be sold and shipped within the same country for stock based in these countries: Australia, Canada, India, UAE, UK, USA.


EU countries stock: Orders can only be sold and shipped to customers within the EU. This does not include Norway, Switzerland, or the UK.

How it works
To request a resell order to be shipped:

Select 'Request' from the main menu and select the country, Resell order, and submit your resell order.
Enter your new customer details (name, address, and telephone number)
You can upload an invoice or packing slip (optional: we will print and include with the order)

The order will leave the hub on the next available collection. Orders submitted by 11am local time will be processed and shipped that day. Orders received after that time may be processed if possible but may leave the following working day.

When the order is processed the status of the items on the portal changed to 'Resold'.

The tracking reference and courier is emailed automatically to you and is also available to view on the Resell report.

Resell service costs will be charged on your next invoice.

Notes:

  • We may refuse to offer this service for certain products.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or local public holidays.
  • Hub closure dates are available on our website and your customer portal.
  • Get Out Ltd, trading as Ezi Returns, its partners, agents or staff cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or delays due to postal or courier services. 

Items that are stored for more than 6 months and not resold in that time, will not be available for resale. They will automatically set to one of the following actions; shipping back to you, disposed of, donated, or liquidated if feasible.

Costs

The fee structure is made up of the following elements: 

Return processing costs as normal plus

  • Pick & pack fee for the first item

  • Pick & pack fee for each additional item in the same order

  • Packaging

  • Shipping

  • Storage 

Packaging

The packaging costs shown include either a polythene mailing bag, envelope or small box depending on what is most suitable for your items. Packaging will be discussed during the setup of your account and can either be supplied by you or we can source and charge for any specific or specialist packaging required as used.

Shipping

Shipping rates are available on request and are subject to change without notice.

Storage

Returned items are stored for the first 30 days free of charge. After 30 days a small storage fee per item shown above per day is incurred unless we have arranged another storage fee structure with you.

Items that are stored for more than 6 months and not resold in that time, will not be available for resale. They will automatically set to one of the following actions; Shipping back to you, disposed of, donated or liquidated if feasible. We will not accept any claims for losses or damage for items stored in excess of 6 months.

Sales taxes & VAT

It is yours (the retailers) responsibility to ensure you are complying with the relevant tax/VAT regulations in the country where the stock is stored or the sale is conducted. We can help get you started by referring you to tax compliance companies to help set you up and manage your tax affairs correctly. Please enquire for more information.

Notes on our Returns Grading service

The Resell service is subject to returns being processed on our Grading service for most types of products to establish whether returned items are resellable.

Our grading service is designed to establish, in our opinion, whether the item is suitable for resale based on a basic visual inspection. Our partners and staff cannot be experts in thousands of types of products. 


The following guidelines are used for determining the grade:

A = Good – Item is resell-able as it is, in our opinion with all labels, tags, packaging present.
B = Good – Item is resell-able but may have missing or damaged tags, labels or packaging.
= Not sell-able - Item is possibly used, worn, damaged or defective.


A supporting brief note will be added to explain any B or C graded items.
