Increases due to Fuel Surcharges

Due to current market conditions, many carriers have introduced significant fuel surcharges. While we have absorbed these increases on our return labels over the past few months, we have no alternative but to pass them on meaning most return labels fees are increased from 1st July 2026. We are also actively exploring alternative services to help minimize these additional costs. Any sellers using customer paid labels may need to review the amounts they are charging their customers.

Peak season surcharges
From November through to the end of January some couriers charge a surcharge during the peak period. This year the following labels are affected from 1st November to end of January:

USA USPS increase of 0.57 USD
All DHL Connect Services from the following countries - increase of 0.34 USD
(Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia)

USPS Label Issue


We have recently had an issue with USPS labels being returned to some customers due to a zip code change in our US Miami hub.

As the disruption has continued for an unacceptable period, we decided to move to another provider for USPS return labels to address the ongoing problem which are now live and operating fine.

This has been totally out of our control and very frustrating for all of us so we apologise for any inconvenience. Nothing changes except the customer is now asked to select a weight band of the return package for the new service to work during the label registration process. We will also be adding new services very soon in the US.
