Continuing Issues with USPS at the USA Florida hub.

We are aware of a number of issues due to USPS services and processes which have been in a state of chaos and disarray for some time in Miami. Unfortunately this is still continuing.

Our USA hub is receiving cages of parcels some weeks AFTER the tracking states it has been delivered. They are also receiving cages of parcels out of sequence. For example in January 2023 they received a cage of parcels on the 30th January which were tracked as delivered on the 26th January. On the 31st January they received 2 cages containing parcels which were tracked as delivered on the 19th and 24th January!!

Please be assured that the hub is up to date with returns processing but unfortunately they may not have actually received all parcels on the date that they are tracked as delivered. However they should eventually receive them at a later date.

As a consequence, we will not be raising any delivery queries with the hub until things have stabilized.

Please note that in line with Amazon guidelines, and in order to avoid negative feedback which could impact on your future selling potential, we would strongly recommend that you refund your Amazon customers as soon as the parcel is tracked as delivered by USPS.

We are of course monitoring the situation and will keep you updated.
