Temporary Issue with The Netherlands Hub

Due to a recent change in management at the NL hub, coupled with staff shortages due to annual leave, there is a temporary backlog in processing returns and shipments.
We want to assure you that we're working hard to resolve this issue and have brought in additional staff to assist with the backlog. We expect normal operations to resume early next week (week commencing 13th March 2023).
