Occasionally we have to move our returns hub addresses due to either existing partners moving to new larger / better premises or we may need to appoint a new partner to continue our expansion and improve services. 

Action required
Please check noweach of your return addresses are correctly entered onto your sales channels, website, paperwork or wherever you use them.

We are still hearing of some packages sent to addresses that were changed 2 years ago!  In such cases we can not help with packages that do not reach the correct destination which can result in losses or extra costs to you.

All your addresses are available within the Ezi customer portal. Go to the home page dashboard or help menu.
