Issues with USPS and high volume of returns
Our Florida hub is currently experiencing delays in processing due to an unprecedented increase in return volumes in addition to severe delays from USPS deliveries. This has been compounded by snow storms and COVID issues. Currently we cannot answer any queries at this time while they concentrate on keeping processing as up to date as possible. Please be assured they are doing everything in their power to overcome issues
Please note that USPS tracking may say that the goods have arrived at the hub, but this may not be the case. Our USA hub has reached out to USPS for a meeting to try and solve these issues as a matter or priority.
