There have been some important changes to our services in Sweden.
Unfortunately, we have been unable to find a suitable or reliable partner to act as a return address and processing centre over the past couple of years in Sweden despite exhaustive efforts.
Therefore we are forced to change the business model and services we can offer in Sweden, so please see below the details regarding the closure of the current address with effect from 1st May.
All returns through Ezi Returns in Sweden will have to be routed via our new PostNord Return label service which we are currently in the process of setting up and hope to have active by the end of next week.
All return packages received from your customers will be consolidated in Sweden by PostNord and then shipped onto our warehouse in Germany weekly for processing there on your selected service level.
Please note the transit times cannot be guaranteed from the drop off point to the German warehouse but shipments will take place once or twice per week.
The rates are as follows from Sweden where we will have the PostNord routing of labels to Germany:
£7.25 / €8.35 / $9.25
Amazon Sellers:
We realise that having a local return address is one of the key components of Amazon demands for its international returns policy. However, by offering labels you do still conform to that policy.
Also the timescales you have in processing refunds for your customers may not fit in with this new model and again we apologise for the inconvenience.
Your choice is to either refund on tracking of drop off by your customer or to not use the service at all.
Action needed now:
1. Please remove the current Swedish return address from all your sales channels immediately including your FBA removals address.(You can add our German address for your Swedish FBA removals)
2. Please confirm your chosen course of action from the following by the 22nd April:
A) Switch to our returns labels only solution with returns being routed from Sweden and processed in Germany or B) Remove Sweden from your account with Ezi Returns.
We realise this solution is not ideal for all sellers but does represent an improvement to the current label services we offer from Sweden in terms of cost reduction and for sellers who already have their returns transferred from Sweden to Germany for consolidation and shipping the only difference will be longer timescales for processing.
Of course, we are continuing to try and find a warehouse partner who is prepared to offer the full range of Ezi services in Sweden.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please get in touch.
