Ezi Returns is an international enterprise offering a worldwide returns solution for online sellers who are involved in cross border trade. We are a registered business in the UK and work with key partners in 19 countries and growing.
The successful would be an important part of our small but dedicated staff team of 15 people who look after admin, day to day operations, customer service and shipping working with our warehouse partners and shipping providers around the world.
This role would involve:
- Working with and supervising our shipping team & customs specialist to develop the worldwide shipping and logistics operations in the Ezi Returns network.
- To facilitate and launch the ‘Ezi Shipping’ branch of the company.
- To liaise with couriers and transporters worldwide to secure the best rates to ensure our competitive stance in the logistics markets
- To be involved in driving forward new software developments and shipping management platforms
- Extensive experience in shipping operations.
- Extensive experience in negotiating rates with couriers, freight forwarders or other shipping & logistics providers.
- Extensive experience in a variety of logistics software management
- Experience in managing or supervising colleagues
- Excellent IT skills

Desirable skills / experience
Salary range: £42,000 - £46,000 GBP p.a.
Working Hours: Full time 40 hours per week. Flexible working hours can be arranged.
Holidays: 20 days holiday per year plus national bank / mandatory holidays
Pension Scheme: Company contribution of 3% of qualifying earnings
