The roll out will begin next week (w/c 27th October) in batches, so you'll be emailed when your label portal is due to be switched over. Don't worry, everything you are used to is still working, and there's very little for you to do as most changes will still be in place. You will be emailed with your new label portal URL and the new settings available to you.
Why did we rebuild the Portal?We built the new Ezi Label portal using the latest technology from the ground up to ensure all the new features we are planning (and that some of you requested!) are easily and robustly enabled to suit your returns policy.

More customisation of messaging and customer instructions. -
Discreet Ezi Returns branding: to allow your brand to stand out and shine. -

Connect your own return label carrier accounts in your home country (conditions apply).-
Direct labels in your own country to your own address instead of the Ezi warehouse (subject to availability).-
