We have recently had an issue with USPS labels being returned to some customers due to a zip code change in our US Miami hub.
As the disruption has continued for an unacceptable period, we decided to move to another provider for USPS return labels to address the ongoing problem which are now live and operating fine.
This has been totally out of our control and very frustrating for all of us so we apologise for any inconvenience.
Nothing changes except the customer is now asked to select a weight band of the return package for the new service to work during the label registration process.
We will also be adding new services very soon in the US.
