The following areas are currently under development to help improve the new Ezi software even further:

  • Label Portal Settings: These are still managed in the old Ezi portal currently but will move to the new software with added features soon.

  • Labels Generated Report: See and monitor all labels generated by you or your customers on the Ezi label portal.

  • Raise a Query: We will be adding a query ticket system to the software so you can raise a query or question about and directly from a particular shipment, return or order, removing the need to email queries to us separately.

  • Track a missing parcel: If a parcel looks like it has arrived but is not showing in your portal you will be able to submit a request to see if it has been received and processed under our 'Query' holding account and claim the parcel or determine whether it has actually arrived with us or not. We sometimes receive parcels that are incorrectly addressed or with no information meaning we do not know which seller it belongs to. 

  • Request a job: A powerful  function will be available for certain sellers who require jobs completing such as re labelling items, re packaging, sorting or other bespoke rework of their products.  

  • Improved look + design: The design has deliberately been left in a functional mode for development purposes to ensure we concentrate on getting the functionality correct.

  • More Integrations: We will be adding more integrations over the rest of 2023 including Amazon, X-Cart, Big Commerce, Magneto and more, to ensure returns and FBA data is improved and order flows are automated for resell and fulfillment purposes.

  • Product Management: We require all sellers to either integrate with us or make your product database available to us so you can benefit from certain service improvements.
