Price changes to return labels

Our label providers have given notice of some small price increases which will take effect from 15th February. 

We have absorbed some of the increases and delayed the implementation date to give you time to change your local selling prices if you charge your customers for labels. Please read the 'Label Portal Settings' section below to find out how to change selling rates for customer paid labels yourself, and you can take a look at all of our current label prices here.


Label Portal settings now available in your portal

Your settings that control the branding, messaging, return reason list, action list, services, and pricing for customer paid labels are now available for you to view and edit yourself in the Ezi portal. 

You will see the link to your label portal settings in your main menu. Our help guide is available here
